THE JACKIE O’S FARM
Hailing from the basements of Livorno (Italy), Jackie o’s farm shot tothe local pop scene in 2005 thanks to the efforts of Giacomo Vaccai
(vocals, guitar) and Patrizio Orsini (synth, vocals).
Shortly
thereafter the duet will be joined by Federico Silvi (guitar),
Alessandro Quaglierini (bass) and Salvatore Barbato (drums).
Their
debut album, Hard Times For Blonde Surfers, mixes Giacomo Vaccai’s keen
and mordacious compositions with energetic rock grooves producing an
album teeming with ultra-catchy gems. Engineered and produced by Ale
Sportelli at West Link Recordings.
With standout tracks like
"Mrs. kali," Jackie o’s farm may become a major contributor in the
indie-pop landscape for years to come.
At the same time they’ve
proved themselves on stage supporting bands like such as Baustelle,
